How are Live Opened items shipped?
Live opened items will be dispatched twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) once shipping has been paid for. Domestic orders have shipping options similar to the retail store (Standard/Express/Free over $150), along with options to defer shipping, combine with an existing order, or obtain a quote. International orders can select the "obtain quote" option for shipping.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping to customers all around the globe. Once you've completed your order, we will provide you with a shipping quote tailored to your destination. Our standard international shipping rates begin at $25 AUD (approximately $17 USD), and we offer a variety of options up to and including DHL Express with signature confirmation and contents insurance. This way, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs and preferences.
Can I combine shipping for multiple Live Openings or with other orders?
Yes, you can combine shipping for multiple Live Openings or with other orders by selecting the appropriate option during the shipping selection process. You can choose to defer shipping, combine with an existing order, or obtain a quote as needed.
How long does shipping take after my items have been opened during a Live Opening?
The shipping time for your opened items will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Tracking is provided for all orders, and it will give you an estimated time of arrival once your items have been shipped. For domestic orders, Express shipping through Australia Post can get your order to you in approximately 2 business days, while standard domestic shipping may take up to 8 business days. For international orders, DHL Express can deliver your items within approximately 5 business days, whereas standard international shipping may take up to 25 business days. These options, along with their respective delivery times, will be presented to you once a shipping quote is provided. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be subject to change based on various factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What is your policy regarding customs duties and fees for international orders?
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Card Bot will not be held responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to customs duties and fees. We will declare the value of the items based on the price paid for the packs, not the value of the individual cards obtained during the Live Opening. It is important for customers to be aware of their country's customs regulations and be prepared to cover any potential duties or fees that may apply to their order.

- Make a qualifying purchase and enter your username on the product page using the custom form or provide it in the notes section during checkout.
- Keep an eye on the Card Bot Live page and our social media channels for updates on the Live Opening schedule.
- Join the Live Opening on the specified platform when we tag you as your items are about to be opened.
- After the Live Opening, pay for the shipping of your items and choose your preferred shipping option. Live opened items will be dispatched twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Receive your items and enjoy your new cards!
Do standard store policies apply to Live Openings?
Some standard store policies, such as same-day dispatch, may not apply to Live Openings due to their unique nature. However, other policies, such as returns and refunds for damaged or defective items, still apply.
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the live openings ("Live Openings") on Card Bot's TikTok channel (and other platforms in the future), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Eligibility
Live Openings are open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. By participating in the Live Openings, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2 Purchase Requirement
To participate in the Live Openings, customers must make a qualifying purchase from Card Bot's online store. The specific products eligible for Live Openings will be determined and communicated by Card Bot.
1.3 Username Submission
Customers can enter their username on the product page using a custom form or provide it in the notes section during checkout. Card Bot will tag the customer on the respective platform when their items are about to be opened during the Live Opening event.
1.4 Consent for Public Display
By participating in the Live Openings, you grant Card Bot permission to open and display the contents of your purchased items during a live stream on TikTok or other platforms. You also acknowledge that your username and/or other identifying information may be displayed during the live stream.
1.5 Shipping and Handling
Live opened items will be dispatched twice a week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) once shipping has been paid for. 1.6 Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of Live Openings, all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, Card Bot's standard return and refund policies will apply.

Card Bot respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By participating in the Live Openings, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
Card Bot is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Live Openings or the receipt, use, or misuse of any opened items. By participating in the Live Openings, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Card Bot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria. By participating in the Live Openings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
1.10 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Card Bot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
