Shipping and Delivery

A preorder is a product which has not yet come into stock, but can instead be pre-purchased to secure a purchase of your chosen product once it is released or has come into stock. Preorder items must be paid in full at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled for any reason, please ensure that the product is what you want before placing any preorders.

Preorders are tagged with a blue 'preorder' tag and/or a listed date in the future. Please check the dates on the product listings, as release schedules are often subject to change.

Orders containing a mix of in stock and preorder items are shipped out all together, once the last item in the order is released.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your items from the warehouse and prepare them with utmost care, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a pre-order item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.

Your cards will then be sent via Australia Post, and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 2-8 business days*.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your goods on their journey to you.

Free standard shipping applies on all orders above $150, Australia Wide.

*Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a preorder date (advised within the product listing), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!

If you’re located in Australia, standard shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $10.

Express Shipping options are also available at checkout.

Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-3 days.

Standard Shipping is included free on all orders over $150. Expected delivery is between 2-8 business days. 

*Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date. 

After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be on pre-order, as confirmed on the website at time of purchase. Be sure to check your original order confirmation, you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until that pre-order date.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 2-8 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date. 

If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post. 

*Please note: For any queries or issues related to your Australia Post order, we strongly recommend you first reach out to Australia Post directly. Whilst we understand delays are frustrating, we are required to work within Australia Post’s processes. Once you have contacted Australia Post directly, let us know and we can contact them on your behalf to try and resolve any issues ASAP.

We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Yes! Click and Collect is now available from our showroom in Tullamarine, VIC.

At checkout, you can select the Click & Collect option, and we will send you a 'pickup ready' notification once your order is ready to collect.

Our operating hours are as follows:

Product Questions

We are just as excited as you are for you to receive your trading cards! And we make sure they are packaged up carefully for the occassion. We use a mix of bubble wrap, air pillows, heavy duty mailer boxes and enough padding, protection & tape to get your cards in the best condition possible to you.

We continuously restock our inventory, so keep an eye on the website for when your favourite items might be returning. We also have a notification setting on each 'sold out' product listing - click the 'Notify Me' button to register your interest when the product returns back in stock.

As fellow collectors, our products go through strong quality control procedures to ensure that you receive the best quality products.

At this time, we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling.

Card Bot Vending Machines

We have our Vending Machines mapped out, with exact locations in each of the shopping centres listed here.

Yes! We will be launching nationally very soon, stay tuned via our Instagram (@cardbot_au) for the latest info about our new locations.

We stock a select range of our favourites and top picks, and try to include as much variety as possible. You should expect to find a mix of Pokemon TCG (English & Japanese), NBA Cards, AFL Cards (During AFL season only), Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragon Ball Super, Weiss Schwarz & more! Each machine has a different selection of stock, so keep in touch with us on Instagram to see the latest updates.

Payments

Your privacy and security is our highest priority! We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We also accept GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your Card Bot order? We offer Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal Pay in 4, & LayBuy payment plans for Australian customers only.

*Please note: These are separate companies to us and you will need to create an account with them to utilise their services.

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment centre you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

A: No, customs fees and import taxes are separate from shipping charges. Shipping charges cover the cost of transportation, not customs fees.

A: Our offer of free shipping applies to orders over AUD$150 and is only available for deliveries within Australia.
