Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your items from our Melbourne-based warehouse and prepare them with utmost care. Most orders are dispatched before 12PM on the next business day, although during holiday and peak periods, and major releases, please allow for an additional 48 hours for your items to be dispatched. All orders are sent when all items are ready in full - this means that if you have a preorder item in your order, all items will wait until that latest item is available and then will be sent out at the same time.

Your package will then carefully be handed over to Australia Post, and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 1-4 business days (Express), and 2-8 business days (Standard)*.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your goods on their journey to you.

Free standard shipping applies on all orders above $150, Australia Wide.

*Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a preorder date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the preorder date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!

Return Policy

Card Bot has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any Trading Card products that have been deemed to be opened cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any costs incurred for postage cannot be refunded. For change of mind refunds, we will withhold 10% as a restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cardbot.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and parcel upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes or items, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow for 2-4 business days for a refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

Shop app

We recommend installing the Shop app for a streamlined shopping experience, especially if you frequently purchase from Shopify stores. Key features include:

  • Native integration with Shopify stores, ensuring a seamless connection with your favorite shops.
  • A simple sign-in process using your email, making access quick and secure.
  • Automatic syncing of all your orders and tracking updates, complete with timely notifications to keep you informed every step of the way.

Track Your Order with Australia Post

Keep an eye on the journey of your Card Bot order by tracking it here. Your Australia post tracking information can be found in your emails, look out for the notification titled "Your Card Bot order is on the way". Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.

For an enhanced tracking experience, we recommend installing the Australia Post app. The app not only allows you to track your parcels in real time but also offers control over your deliveries. Features include:

  • Safe Drop options (if available), allowing you to specify a secure location for parcel delivery if you're not home.
  • The ability to redirect parcels to a new address, handy if your plans change.
  • Options to change the delivery address, ensuring your parcel arrives where it's most convenient for you.

International Orders

International Postage is available through Australia Post. Please note that quoted delivery times are subject to change depending on global conditions.

New Zealand – Express: 2-6 Business Days, Standard: 4-10 Business Days
Asia/Pacific – Express 5-10 Business Days, Standard 7-20 Business Days
United States/Canada – Express 5-15 Business Days, Standard 7-20 Business Days
Europe – Express 5-15 Business Days, Standard 10-25 Business Days

Customs fees and import taxes are separate from shipping charges. Shipping charges cover the cost of transportation, and any custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer - please ensure you are aware of your countries requirements prior to placing an order. 

Please note: Our offer of free shipping applies to orders over AUD$150 and is only available for deliveries within Australia.
